I have had the pleasure of working with Gian for many years from a vendor to buyer relationship and more recently as a consultant supporting our customers. Throughout our collaboration, Gian has consistently demonstrated transparent communication, ensuring that all parties are well-informed and aligned. Gian's dedication to his work is evident in his unwavering commitment to exceeding outcomes in consultation with customers. His expertise in both financial and more recently Not-for-Profit sectors brings a unique perspective from both ends of the scale, enriching our projects with valuable insights and innovative solutions.

Gian's ability to navigate complex challenges with ease and his proactive approach to problem-solving have been instrumental in our success. Gian's attention to detail and thorough understanding of industry trends have allowed him to stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional results. In addition to his professional acumen, Gian's personable nature and genuine interest in the well-being of his counterparts make him a pleasure to work with. I first met Gian in 2019. Wavelength was a digital design vendor looking to partner with Gian, and St Vincents de Paul for their L&D content curation.

Over the course of the next 2 years, we worked on multiple projects across a variety of topics from Code of Conduct through to Cultural Competency, the latter picking up numerous global awards. In each project Gian would lead with a high degree of professionalism and care to ensure each project was a successful and engaging experience for all involved.

Gian then moved to South Pole and was instrumental in developing their learning content across Europe. A different skill set was required as it was quite clear to me that he had more experience than the team around him which no doubt required care in managing global stakeholder relationships amongst other things.

It was this work that actually assisted in Wavelength successfully entering the UK market.

Since then, I’d like to think our professional relationship has moved into a friendship. I’d welcome the opportunity to work with Gian again and can be sure anywhere and anything he turns his attention to, will be a success.
