About Gianpaolo and Aurora Momentum

With over 30 years of experience in the education sector, including 25 years devoted to adult learning environments, I am a passionate leader committed to driving progress and empowering individuals and organisations. Following a successful career in corporate and not-for-profit organisations, I founded Aurora Momentum, focusing on leadership development, bespoke learning solutions, coaching, and consulting.

My extensive experience spans climate consultancy, aviation, not-for-profits, financial services, aged care, and community services. Managing the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) allowed me to achieve great results through strategic planning, efficient operations, accessing government funding, and meeting auditing requirements in collaboration with government agencies to ensure compliance, providing employees with opportunities to gain a nationally recognised qualification, fostering their professional growth and contributing to the organisation's overall success. This diverse background has honed my ability to navigate complex challenges, foster cross-sector collaboration, and design innovative solutions tailored to organisational objectives.
